The Reformation of the 16th century had deep spiritual reasons. It is connected to the process of gradual weakening of devotion to God, which is unnoticeably replaced by something worldly. Redirection of this tragic trajectory is always related to several key components. Biblical history, as well as remaining Christian history, are full of examples of such redirection. One of these is the history of the reformation of the people of God, which happened during the reign of Josiah, king of Judah. We will study this story to learn these key components of returning to God. These are just as important today as they were then, and in the 16th century.
